To share health and education becomes the pleasant life worthiest and (Matos; Mugiatti, 2009). Given the contributions of the Hospital Pedagogia as to assist in the questions of adhesion of the patient to the treatment, being improved the contact of this with the hospital environment; to collaborate for the intellectual development of the interned adolescent child/; to explore new perspectives of the illness and its process of cure next to the patient; to take information of the exterior world and to add to those of the environment of the hospital are interesting to search a landmark in Brazil of the adoption of such pedagogical action that it according to became in the decade of cinquenta with the creation of the first hospital classroom molds of the regular school, in intention to diminish the failure pertaining to school, the indices of evasion and repetncia and, decade of ninety with the insertion of the Hospital Classrooms in the Politics of Education in the area of Special Education, defining responsibilities in regards to the execution of the right of the child and hospitalized adolescent the education, as well as in the estruturao of action organization politics of the system of educational attendance in environments hospital and domiciliary. In this proposal it is possible to appraise Hospital Pedagogia from the theoretical chains that if complement.
