Business Manager Something inherent to the achievement of our goals is hard work, we could say that the goals achieved without hard work, are the exception. This, has no discussion. Someone who is on top of you to remind you that it is not complying with its responsibility towards to achieve their purposes, but to also congratulate him when you are making the correct and, somehow, incentive for this reason. It must be someone who consider our mentor and that is in the ability to push us to take risks and get us out of our comfort zone. If we cannot have that person near us, especially hired for that job, can make us a guide who inspire us, even not being with us, can be a successful athlete, a successful businessman, who have been making their small goals and have achieved their major goal despite obstacles.
